NEW Terms of Service - effective from 23 March 2025

ADOPTS
1. Templates are just that, templates. Lavenderbell is the designer of these templates and has given me exclusive permission to recolour her work and sell the pictures at agreed prices.
2. Once you (the buyer) buy and pay for a picture, you can do as you please with that particular piece of art. We make every effort to never repeat the same colour scheme or pattern, so each piece is unique. Buying that picture does NOT, therefore, make you the owner of the template, and I am still free to use it for other colours and work.
3. All sales are final and payment is expected within 3 days of winning notification. Winners will be named on the listing and given a watermark-free image once paid in full. Failure to pay once you have won the picture within the 3 days will result in the picture being relisted without notice. If non-payment becomes a constant recurrence a temporary ban from buying may be enforced.
4. I will Only hold a sale for a maximum (three) 3-day time span.
5. All my adopts remain the property of Ember Darkfire until payment in full is made. No one is to use, copy or relist my work without prior permission from me exclusively.
6. Alll sales are first come- first served. But again you can always request a personal commission piece too.
7. Bulk AB buying will attract a discount when paid all at once in full. See discount amounts in the commission section below.
COMMISSIONS
1.
- Coloring of an existing template owned by Ember Darkfire with no alterations. - Prices will differ depending on the template used. Price will be given at the time of request. The price will be whatever the template would normally sell for.
- Coloring of a picture owned by the client with linework artist permission to colour their work - $20usd per character.
At the time of requesting a commission, the client must supply a colour reference of their desired character's colours and patterns. And where applicable a link to the template they wish to use for their character's colours.

Bulk Discounts (Discount applies when multiple items are being paid on 1 transaction)
1-5 pictures = 0%
6 -10 pictures = 5%
