RULES FOR ADOPTING:
- To adopt a character just claim it in a comment (or pm me if you saw the ad in other platforms like Telegram), and I'll get in touch with you for the payment.
- I only do Adoptables with set prices at the moment.
- Only the owner of the character is allowed to use it.
- My Adoptables are for personal use only. Do not use them for commercial purposes.
- I will retain all copyrights to my art and designs. Do not claim my work as yours.
- Give me proper credit for the design. Also, I'd like to be tagged on any art you commission or post of your adoptable and see how they're doing :3
- Do not trace/copy/steal/modify the piece nor the design.
- You may modify the character design after adopting them, but keep it recognizable! (In fact I'd love you to give them new clothes, accessories or hairstyles, that is a great way to give them some love).
- Do not resell your adoptable.
- You may gift your adoptable after adopting it, but let me know who the new owner is. [/list]
PAYMENT:
- I only accept Payment via Paypal.
- I'll send you the details after you've made your claim for the character.
- The prices will be in euros (€), be sure to send your payment in said currency, and as a transaction.
- You have 24 hrs to pay for your character.
- I won't hold characters. Only regular clients can ask me to hold a character for them.
- You'll receive your adoptable after I've received the payment correctly.
- I won't do any refunds under any circumstances. [/list]
By adopting a character from me, you are agreeing to this Terms.
Breaking these terms puts the buyer on my blacklist, and they won't be able to adopt any more characters from me or ask me for commissions.
