I have been contemplating a decision for awhile now, but I believe it time to for me to leave FA, at least for the time being, maybe if things change in the future I'll come back.
I don't make this choice lightly, even though I've always felt that was never a 100% in on the Furry fandom, my persona is and always will be a werewolf and all my characters I have developed have been different species within my creative worlds, unlike the vast majority of fursonas which are basically just ones personal alternate vision of their human form.
So I've always had one foot in and one foot out concerning the fandom, I've done commissions and attended cons and had a fun time, but in the last few years with the rise of political correctness and cancel culture within the fandom and the new FA policies only showed me that maybe its best if I go my own way rather then fight a pointless fight.
Rather then get angry against these tactics to silence 'unapproved' speech or artwork I find it better to just take my artwork somewhere else where blatant censorship isn't detrimental to my ability to express myself or that of others (via commission work).
For those who have commission work from me here, you'll have until May 1st, 2021. After that all artwork will be pulled.

Sorry I didn't do my part as a friend to contact you more when you left the state and went elsewhere. I still look upon the commissions and characters I got from you very fondly and was about to actually post those up here soon too.
You're right about the fandom changing. I can see it though I've steered clear of any of the bickering and political correctness that seems to have come into it. I don't know where it started or came from but I don't really like it at all either.
If you're coming back though, it probably would be nice to just leave your art pieces up as a preservation rather than starting over from scratch again. But that's just me.
