- BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS -

PROCESS

- All prices are in US Dollar, with payment via Paypal invoices or as goods and services.

- I am a part time artist, so my active hours are very limited. My hours are 1:00pm to 4:00pm and 8:30pm to 11:00pm on Weekdays, 6:00pm to 12:00am on Saturdays, and all day Sunday. These may vary depending on personal emergencies or family events, etc.

- I aspire to complete your commission within 30 days of payment. There may be periods where I may take on several commissions at once, so I aim for a maximum turnaround of three months in such situations. Any reference sheet commissions may take longer, depending on workload.

- Please pay upfront and in full using Paypal. I will usually send out an invoice before work can commence on your commission.

- Payments must be made within 24 hours of reserving a commission slot. I may grant an extension in case of emergencies, but no further than three days. If payment is not received within this window, your slot will be forefit until the next opening and you may need to resubmit your order.

- I will not accept payments in the form of cryptocurrency due to their constantly fluctuating value and impact on the environment. If payment is made in cryptocurrency, I will simply refund the commission and blacklist you from further business.

- Please provide me with a ref sheet, or previous art of your character. If you do not have any visual references, you may provide a written description, along with any visual references that may be useful. If you are commissioning art of a copyrighted character, you will still need to provide visual references.

- I will provide a work-in-progress image to the customer at the sketch stage, and again at the inked lineart stage, for your feedback and to ensure accuracy with your commission. You will be provided with three versions of the completed work - the original hi-resolution file, and downscaled watermarked and unwatermarked versions - before I post a copy to my galleries.

- A 50% rush fee will be applied to any commissions with a deadline within a two-week timeframe. If you require any work to be completed within a specific timeframe, please let me know as soon as possible. Bear in mind that I may refuse any rush orders that may conflict with my schedule.

CONTENT

- I will draw General Audience - Adult related artwork. You *must* be 18 or older to order Adult rated works. Any minors breaking this rule will be blacklisted from commissioning further works from me in the future.

- I will not draw any of the following:
-- Vomit
-- Scat
-- Watersports
-- Underage/cub (especially in mature/sexual situations)
-- Diapers
-- Hyper
-- Vore
-- Ferals in mature/sexual situations
-- Any content depicting hate speech of any kind (nazism, racism, homophobia, etc.)

- I consider the following to be my strengths/interests:
-- Pin-ups
-- Underwear
-- Athletically muscular characters
-- Mammals
-- Dragons
-- Fantasy themed settings
-- Realistic anatomy

- I am fine with doing the following themes:
-- Blood
-- Violence
-- Simple weapons
-- Drugs/Alcohol
-- Couples/romantic
-- Simple backgrounds

- I am willing to draw the following on a case-by-case basis:
-- Complex characters and outfits
-- Modern military firearms
-- Vehicles of any kind
-- Large, detailed backgrounds of any kind
-- Large group pics (three or more characters)

- I am willing to draw fandom or copyrighted characters. If it’s a character belonging to another artist, I will require proof of permission beforehand.

- If you are unsure about a particular theme or fetish that isn't listed here, feel free to ask.

- If you are unsure about what the subject of your commission should be, you are welcome to give me artistic freedom if you like! All I ask is that you give me a couple of key words, or a brief description of your character's personality to work from.

- I am willing to do giftart on behalf of the commissioner, as long as I have proof of permission from the giftee.

- You are free to commission me for art of my own OCs, either solo or with one another or even your own OCs. However, please be aware that my own OCs do have their own personal preferences, so feel free to ask before ordering art with my characters.

- You may request to have your commission done privately, if you wish. In which case you will only receive the HD version of your work and your commission will not appear in any of my public galleries or Patreon feed. If you change your mind and would like to upload your work at a later date, please notify me and I will add a watermark for uploading purposes.

- I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable, or is beyond my scope.

REFUNDS AND EDITS

- You are entitled to a full refund if you have paid for a slot and I have not started the sketch. Please contact me if this is the case and I will process the refund via the original Paypal invoice.

- You are not entitled to a full refund once the initial sketch has been approved and work as begun. Only partial refunds will be given out in proportion to how much work has been completed.
A full refund after the sketch phase may only be applied under special circumstances.

- I will cancel and refund your commission under the following conditions:
-- If I am unable to fulfil your order due to a personal emergency, illness, etc.
-- If the customer becomes abusive, harassing, or otherwise problematic towards me, the artist. In the case of the latter, you may be blacklisted from further commissions in the future.

- I reserve the right to reuse any unpaid sketches as a YCH, commission or other project, if the customer requests a refund at the sketch stage. You may not reuse an unpaid sketch for your own purpose or have it finished by another artist.

- You may request any fixes and adjustments during the work-in-progress phases, and upon receiving the final completed image. If you see something you feel needs changing, please contact me as soon as possible so I may fix it. A small fee may be applied to larger or very numerous edits if I feel is appropriate.

- Please do not file a chargeback of your art without discussing issues or a refund without me. I am willing to discuss any problems about the transaction with the client, should any problems arise. If you file a chargeback against me in an unfair fashion I will blacklist you and may alert the community of your actions.

PUBLICATION AND OWNERSHIP

- Upon completion, you will receive two standard size images, one watermarked and one without, plus a HD version. You have the right to publish any completed works in your own galleries as you see fit, but please submit the standard watermarked version only and credit me as the artist. I may also have the right to post my work in my own galleries and social media accounts.

- You may not edit the final image without my permission. You may crop your image for icons, banners, etc. however.

- You may not use your commission, or any of my works, for the creation and sale of Non-fungible tokens (NFTs). If I find any of my works being sold as NFTs, I will blacklist you from any further business.

- You may not use your commission, or any of my works, as data for rendering AI art. If you do this, I will blacklist you from any further business, and possibly alert the community of your actions.

- I may post WIPs, teasers and completed works in my galleries and onto my Patreon for promotional purposes. I may also stream your commission live on Picarto. If you are uncomfortable with this, you may inform me beforehand and I will have your work produced privately.
