In case of any interest of making a commission, please be sure to keep yourself up to date on the Terms of Service!

1. General Service


- I reserve the right to refuse service as per my own discretion;

- An artwork is considered completed when both parties are agreed on its current state as finalized and the digital copy of the file is sent to the commissioner;

- I do not condone the use of NFTs or other minting methods;

- It is strictly forbidden to edit, alter or shift any of the artwork for personal profit;

2. Payment

- Payment is done via PayPal and using USD (United States Dollar) as trading currency;

- Full payment up front is needed for the client to be added to commission queue;

- Do not send commissions if you cannot commit to the payment;

- I will not accept commissioners that do not have character references. Unless, designing the character is your intention, for which the type of commission and pricing will change accordingly;

- Pricing stated beforehand is not fixed. Commissions are viable to changes in pricing according to the artist's pricing;

- I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to client's inappropriate behavior, to that included:
-- Harassment;
-- Reposting of WIP pictures;
-- Inability to communicate the desired commission idea;
-- Failure to keep in touch with direct messages or any other form of contact for long periods of time;

- Clients do not have my consent in posting pictures of unfinished artwork in their social media or to use third parties to finish them and/or finish by themselves;

- I retain all the rights of unfinished projects and can use them as per my own discretion;

2-A. Refunds

- A full refund is issued in case of:
-- The artist canceling the commission for personal reasons;
-- The client cancels the commission before work on it has begun;

- A partial refund is issued in case of:
-- An artwork having its completion cut short by any of the parties;

- Partial refunds will not be issued in case of monetary inconveniences;

3. Creative Process

- When agreed upon a commission, the client should expect the artwork to be within the artist's particular style and skillset. The artist reserves the right to adopt artistic liberties as to be able to properly finish the art project;

- The artist reserves the right to adjust pricing in accordance to the character design's complexity.

- The client is expected to provide reference sheets to the characters included. Additional information such as pose, expressions, theming and content are to be agreed upon before work on the project begins;
-- In addition to that, references that may allow for incorrect interpretation of character such as shaded reference's difficulty of making an accurate color representation, are therefore not considered the artist's fault;
-- In the case of an error in the drawing process, based on clear previously provided reference, any fixes will be provided free of charge;

- Changes in the commission idea happening after the initial agreement and start of the work on project are viable to price changes;

- Artistic liberty commissions are allowed. However, the artist reserves the right to take in full creative control of the project;

3-A. Content

- Commissions involing depiction of Bestiality, Pedophilia, Incest, Racist, Xenophobic, LGBTQIA+phobic, drug usage and violent content ARE NOT ALLOWED and will be denied any service upon;

- The artist reserves the right to refuse services to any idea that is not within the parameters of what it is expected to be worked on;

- It is prohibited to inquiry for any commission if the client is not of 18 years or older due to the nature of the artist's content. Service to any individual not of legal age is denied;

- NSFW commission ideas may suffer additional charges depending on the complexity of the content depicted;

3-B. Image Rights

- The artist reserves the right to display any work on their social media. However, clients are allowed to refuse their names are in any way linked to the project;

- If the client wishes the commission to be held privately, there will be an additional charge of 100% the final pricing agreed upon for the artwork;

- It is expected for the client to offer proper credit for the artist in case of certain artwork being under personal usage, I.E social media profile pictures, icons and banners;

3-C. Deadlines

- Commission work may take upwards of two weeks (form the time of accepting payment) to be fully completed;

- These deadlines are not strict and any possible delay will be informed to the client beforehand;

- Any deadline should be discussed beforehand during the initial conversation;
