It was an interesting day.
At one thrift store, I managed to find a BUNCH of miniatures (mainly "Lord Of The Rings" and "Warhammer" miniatures) which were apparently used for games, such as "Dungeons & Dragons"...in one ENTIER bag, for only 5 US dollars, and it wold have been worth around 150 US dollars, at least!
In addition? I tried to find a physical copy of "Monster Hunter Rise" around that town, but around the shops I tried to look at? There were no physical copies.
But my brother managed to find a store, where there was only one copy of "Monster Hunter Rise", left...and he brought a copy to my place, as a nice surprise! (I owe him money in return, but it was worth it!)
Soon? While I work on art, I shall get "Monster Hunter Rise" installed on my Nintendo Switch!

One monster in particular that you may find interesting, but no spoilers; ceadeus! (That creature species from "Monster Hunter 3"? IT LOOKS AWESOME!)
my personal fave of the icy monsters is the baby Pokara actually! i read they'll interact with the hunters all playfully and i find that soooooo cute
and i personally see Lagombi as a rabbit/wombat/penguin mix with the belly-sliding hehehe i can't wait to fight em i LOVE the armor, had Stories and i have a bit of a Monstie OC of one named Spring bc of her pink-tinted fur
Never did get to face most of the classic monsters like mizu, caddy as i call it, and so on - still stuck on velk in iceborne but i'll gettim eventually!! been doin it all solo so far so i'm being stubborn bc it's my first proper game since i.... attempted tri at 14. ngl lagiacrus in that early mission scared me too bad to get the monster guts LMAO, so we'll see how i do with rise >:3c
