Account Management -> Profile Info -> field Profile ID - choose icon from your uploads (scraps only though).

Profile ID isnt the same as an avatar.

Go to settings then avatar management, upload an image thats 100x100 pixels and preferably in .gif format then upload it. Once its uploaded, make sure to click it at the bottom.

also it can be from the internet or your own art but resized to 100x100 also known as icon size
