Bruh, why does FA seem to attract more and more no-effort MS-Paint cut/paste 'artists' these days.
I swear to god, this is becoming a serious issue. Just check the 'balloon' tag for instance.
Stock google images with a solid color MS-Paint circle placed on top should not find a place here, that's what deviantart is for.

I've brought this person and their 'art' up to attention through a trouble ticket but FA at that time was more then happy to keep it on the site.
So I just put the person on Filter Affinity browser extention and now I don't see that shit anymore, rejoice!
