The Haunting Snake in the Dark

I was on the top floor of a ten-level building and descending it slowly with my mum and dad. It was rather dark, night outside and the lights weren't working.

I really enjoyed using my ability to lean in through the doors like a ghost and see what was inside, most were empty hallways as the inhabitants were sleeping in their bedrooms, though I appreciate the unique interior design and furniture placement of each home.

A snake was following us, apparently trying to ruin our plans.
Mum punished the snake by stepping on its head so hard one of its eyes popped out. This gave me enough time to reach our apartment on the second floor.

Since I reached it first, I had to enter into the dark flat alone. I was a bit hesitant, afraid of what might lurk inside. Once in, I rushed to the window and saw that mum and dad were already outside in the car.

I jumped out the window and got in the car with them. The moon looked unreasonably huge as it was setting between the buildings. For some reason, we called it the sun in the dream, despite clearly being the moon.

We decided to walk without the car and left it back. The snake from earlier returned from Heck and was coming after us very slowly on a motorbike. It had a replacement robot eye now.

I realised this wasn't an ordinary sake, but the devil itself. Apparently, it was female too, and dad complained he didn't wanna hit a woman snake.

We didn't get the chance to do anything more, because I woke up.
