Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to all that is said below. Failure to follow through with these agreements will have you denied or possibly blacklisted from service


- 1. - Copyright
a. I, the artist, reserve copyright of all artwork created. Clients are allowed to claim the artwork as their property but must not under any circumstance claim they were the makers and/or distributors of said artwork.
b. My artwork is not to be used commercially or be redistributed for financial gain.

- 2. - Payment
a. Service after the sketch will start if and only if payment is received prior.
b. If I message you for payment and you do not respond within 4 days of my message, I will remove you from the waiting list and proceed on with the other commissioners.
c. If you respond, but do not send payment within a 7 day period, I will cancel the commission and the following sketch will be repurposed for a YCH.
d. I accept PayPal and Steam credits only.

- 3. - Refunds
a. I'm sorry, but unfortunately I am unable to give out refunds due to the state of my PayPal account, but once I am able to give out refunds I will post a journal about it and update my ToS to reflect said journal. This will not last very long and I'm very sorry if this is an inconvenience.

- 4. - Content I Will Not Draw
a. Humans.
b. Sexually depicted minors.
c. Certain fetishes (ask first).
d. Art depicting bigoted messages (racism, nazi rhetoric, homophobia, transphobia, religious elitism, etc)
e. Mecha.

I will draw nsfw only for those who are 18 or over. If you ask for 18+ artwork you confirm to me that you are 18 or over. If I find out you are not 18 or over, I will block you on every social media, blacklist you from commissioning me in the future, and report you to Furaffinity and/or other sites.

If you wish for your commission not to be posted online, let me know before the art is finished. Without notice I will post the artwork online by default
