I don't understand it either. Maybe it's because some people find enjoyment and pleasure in doing so. It could also be because of how that thing interacts with normal, everyday things around them. Not meaning to offend anyone here but, there's a lot of things that I don't understand that people like here, this goes in like my "heck naw" category. I don't really know what else to say actually.

They can't obtain it themselves so they must steal and destroy. Or just plain destroy. Like an arsonist. They could never buy a house so they set it ablaze; filming as it burns.

A great void is there. It can only be temporarily covered with feelings. But it will never be full.

Philosophy.

As it is the same with theft and destruction, the worst combination, they get a high off it. Which is why I choose full coverage. I have a strong connection with Thumper. I would kill anyone who mistreated him as such. Above all I would still need to lay him to rest and begin anew with something else.

Thieves looking for a joy ride out of a vehicle, whilst destroying it, only do so because they failed to obtain it; lacking in some of the most basic skills.

The destruction is just to add that extra middle finger to their deed. That is if they don't torch it after.

Sorry to paint a gruesome picture. It is what I have learned from witnessing it myself.

I guess that it is a simple “if I can’t have it, no one can”. Personally, I feel that if you work hard for something or simply get lucky to acquire something, it should be celebrated even if I were to want it as well. For example, I’ve missed some good deals on stuff (toys and collectibles) in the past, but I’m happy to know that someone who clearly wants it more ended up with it.
