Pretty much when you post it ticks amount of content up on the interface's left top corner. Containing various media type like, new watches, favorites you receive on your content. New comments, journels, etc. It's a new items counter. In each section lits a limited amount of the newest content which is held in pages, each pages have an amount base on media types. (Favs, new submissions, journals etc.) Usually on bottom or top gives options to select, remove a page worth of content. Or nuke all pages of content.
Like artists and watch them to see new stuff pop up. If you unwatch them it stops. It only shows new content and posts.
Watches and comments are on the top represented with a combo of letters and numbers. W for watch, j for journals, c for comments, s for submissions.
Deleting old posts is made easy with the nuke button. It clears everything. If something pops up you don't like showing up in the feed, but you still watch the artist? There is a little box near that submission you can click on that will check mark it. You can only delete the submission from your feed. It's located near the bottom of that content box. Hitting delete will remove it forever and it will not return. Nuke button works the same way. Once deleted it's gone for ever. Of course new content will always come in until the artist has an infinite symbol on their profile marking them as inactive indefinitely.
