If you want to look into Mods, Skyrim and The Sims have fairly extensive ABDL communities. But I wouldn't know about getting into that mindset and it might not be what you're looking for. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I guess you could always browse abandonware websites - odds are you can find something that was made for that age group that someone was nostalgic enough about to upload as a rom.
Um... I'm not familiar, actually. I'm just part of the general abdl modding group, and the top 2 games are a toss up between Skyrim and The Sims. I think there are some Sims games with multiplayer elements, but I could be wrong.
Considering I have an Elder Scrolls OC, you can probably imagine which part I'm more familiar with.
Well, there's a site called LoversLab, that has adult mods, but that's where all the stuff that won't fly on Nexus tends to go regardless of if it's explicit or not. The base LoversLab mod that you need to get the mods running does have adult content, but there's plenty of stuff in the ABDL category that doesn't make it all about that. And, if you only want the aesthetics of them and a few cosmetic things, a lot of the features can be toggled in the menu pretty easily, when it comes to the main mod of the bunch. You'll have to send a request to join the group, but as long as your account on LoversLab doesn't look like you'd be a problem or like a throw-away, they should let you in. They just don't want people coming in and harassing people about the whole ABDL thing. There's also a Discord you can join if you're so inclined, but it's not super active.
You should be able to see it pretty easily, but if you can't find it it under "clubs" just sort by number of members, and it should be one of the largest ones.
My totally normie ass stumbling upon this at random is gonna say Minecraft. It's the Lego game I always wanted (and costs less than most Lego sets). Adventure, fantasy, creativity, freedom... and multi-player if you're able to get a few like-minded friends together, or find some sort of roleplay or babyfur server.
I'm sure you can find a good kid-themed texture pack and you could even go so far as to make a skin of your character or fursona if you really wanted to get into it.
I would say "A Hat in Time" since its protagonist is technically a kid, but that's got some spooky/dark elements to it so I don't know how well that'd work.
