My character has been stolen!
Hello everyone. A friend of mine sent me a link to a twitter account, which is using my character Sheta for roleplay. I've not given permission to post my character without credits. I need your advice
I found this guide https://twitter.com/TheArtBond/stat.....26233442869248 to report for stealing art. But I am not sure if it's going to help. What do you think about it?
If anybody of you have dealed with this kind of problem, I would like to know your opinion about the situation.

UPD: My friends recomended me to report him by reacon "They're pretending to me or someone else". Please do the same report if you have twitter account. Use my real twitter account spotsfur and my nickname Zikimo to filling the report form.
UPD2: Thanks to everyone who helped! Your support is truly priceless to me. The Twitter support team has already responded to my request. Please note that I am not a roleplayer. All stories related to Sheta are published only here, on my FurAffinity page.

Hope everything will work out for you and some fitting consequences occur for this person.
Been there, had that happen. I have been lucky that I have a lot of loyal friends and fans who will call out the offender. Even to the point that when I joined F-List, I got asked if I own the characters and I had to prove it. The Mighty PlastiCat, one of my oldest online characters, had to be proven by having people comment about this.
I'm not sure what I can offer as far as help. Places like Discord make theft even easier by saying that you have to have so much to prove that the character belongs to you to get it pulled off of their servers. I understand the legality, especially after working with my Mom years ago when she was suing a book publisher for going around and republishing her books without paying her.
