Anyone knows a good modders for SL that would make a nice, buff Elna ?
I've really no ideas about the rates, the complexity of the task and all so I'd be down to hear you guys' input!

I know a few talented modders that might be able to help. Usually after things are done they might fill you in on rates. Since it can vary depending on complex the task is.
