Hi coz of some issues last time with commissions i wanted explain rules for all to make it more easy for all to understund progress of commission

later i will do picture for it but for now i will write it in points here:

1. payment in front - it secure for me and for you of slot and allow me to show you progress of your commission like pose project > sketch > lineart > coloring > done version.
Why its secure for me? Well in short this way i can be sure no one will declaine paying after seeing sketch or lineart trick me to get free art but i guess all of you know it coz almoust all artist do that kind of paying

2. progress of commission - like i did say before ty to paying in front i can show you progress of commission where you can check if anything need changes or if want whole thing be remaked.
how it works?
* for first pose is moment when you can see base concept of picture where you can see theme of what will be happening moustly here you can say if you like idea of it or if you want something other , next is sketch this is very importnant part coz its moment before all is seal if go about details of character looking so that are last changes for exaple posytion of character or change in desing after that there wont be any changes to picture after lineart is done , then we got coloring here you can say me if coloring of character is one you wanted and if its is transformation then if you like progress of transformation showed by coloring or you want any changes after that is confirm there go final touch what is shading and background (depend if there is one) sometimes i can do still some changes here but that depend on kind of picuture sometimes i wont be avible to do any changes coz its too much extra work at time for me and you need remember there are others that wait for they commission and i want be fair with all.

3. refs before accepting commission - that is also important thing coz i cant put price same for diffrent characters coz of each characters got diffrent details some are more easy to draw some need more work on them that why i need see first refs to say if there will be any extra cost or no the extra cost will depend on me and my oppinion after looking on refs if character is easy or too hard.

4. if no refs - if someone dont have refs but only description that also is diffrent way of seting costs , why? Coz when i dont have refs i need guess what commissioner want if someone wat detailed character very specyfic to they request then i need put higer price coz i will got more work at remaking sketch many times coz no matter how much i will try i cant know directly what someone got in mind coz everyone can imaginate what someone say difrent way, however i always will try be fair to my customers here that way to not overcharge them coz what is moust important for me is satysfaction of my customers and i feel realy good when you like what i draw for you that why i work as hard as possible to give you best drawing i can make

5. refounds - i did not have yet anyone but guess there is always chance so for that i did decide that refound cost will depend on progress of art where i will cut from cost price of progress that already was made you dont need work i wont trick you here i belive in honor and want be always honest with you

6. contact and replaying to notes - this one is realy important that i have with you contact all time i pref notes coz i can easy check them good if you can keep in note you replay to always the details of commission so i can always fast check them in last note but moust important here is replaying to my notes as fast as possible i wont push you to do that but its for your best to keep replay to them coz i send in notes progress of your commission and till i dont get replay i cant continue drawing, but coz if i wont get for whole month any replay or info why you cant replay and for how long (if you dont know how long thats fine but need info be if possible) then after 1 month of no replay from you i will continue working at your drawing or refound you money and decline commission coz what i hope never will happen

7. paypal confirm - that rule is only temorary coz for now Paypal is blocking payments till they are confirm and to do that commissioner need wait 48 hours to be able on paypal to confirm his payment untill then i wont get money wich put me in sytuation i cant work at commission coz its risky for me espesly if i dont know commissioner.
