Beware of who you're commissioning.

I haven't uploaded anything in a while even if I have received many more pieces I could share. I decided to write this to vent some frustrations I have had recently. I am autistic, which of course leads to me being taken advantage of on many occasions. I am however not stupid, and can tell fairly quickly when I've made a mistake in trusting someone.
As all the artists I have ever commissioned can tell you, I always pay, either in advance or when I see the sketch. I will no longer be doing it in advance, as it has led to me being scammed. It has only happened once, however that's enough for me to stop doing it. I will not publicly state the artist, as I do not want to bash them with hate.
BE CAREFUL. Be careful when getting coms, scams work both ways here.

Yeah problem is the artists community is pretty tight nite and not much of a way to get what's owed.
