Please read before commissioning me! By commissioning me you agree to have read, and abide by, my TOS.Littercritter Terms of ServiceArtist Rights┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason. I am under no obligation to accept a commission that I am not comfortable with.
I reserve the right to post any commissioned art to any of my (thematically appropriate) art accounts UNLESS we have spoken beforehand and come to an alternate agreement.
I retain all copyright over my art.└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘Commissioner's Rights┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐You retain all ownership over your original character(s).
You may post commissioned art anywhere as much as you would like with credit to me as the artist (skaianettechsupport OR graphitepoisoning as that is my username on all other social media (depending on where you commissioned me)).
You may not use commissioned art to make money as you did not purchase the commercial rights to the piece. This includes reproducing the work for things like prints, charms, etc. for profit.
You may not claim the piece as your own or remove my signature from the piece.└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘Thematic Elements┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐Will Do-OCs
-All variety of body types
-Humans/Humanoids
-Any species
-NSFW
-Gore
-Reference Sheets

(If you're unsure if I'll draw something just ask me!)Won't Do
-Extreme Fetish Art (please feel free to ask what I am comfortable depicting!)
-Anything that depicts hate, aggression, displeasure targeted at minority/protected groups. Please respect my decisions regarding themes/subject matter that I am unwilling to work with.└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘Payment┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐Payment is accepted through most apps.
After I've given a quote I will send an invoice to your account. This is helpful to me as it provides another account of receipt information that I can reference should I need to in the future.
I will not begin a commission until I've received full payment upfront.
By commissioning me you agree to the quoted price and you are willing and able to pay upfront.└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘Refunds┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐If I have not begun work on your commission I will offer a full refund for your piece.
Once the sketch phase has passed I will no longer offer a full refund but am willing to consider partial refunds that do not exceed 50% of the commission total.
Upon completion of the piece I will no longer consider refunds of any kind.
I always do my absolute best to complete every commission I take on, however, on rare occasion I may need to terminate the commission due to circumstances on my end (illness, death in the family, injury, etc.). Should this occur I will offer a full refund or offer to put the commission on hold until circumstances allow me to begin working again. At such time the on hold commission would be at the top of my priority list. The commissioner is welcome to choose whichever resolution suits them best.
In the case of physical art that has been sent through the mail and subsequently lost or damaged in transit I will offer a replacement piece or, if applicable, I will offer to repair the piece. I will not offer refunds for loss or damage beyond my control.└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘Commission Process┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐To start your commission I need a reference sheet accurately depicting any characters in the piece. Preferably the reference will be a decent image quality, unshaded, and up to date. The only time I will accept written character descriptions is in the event your commission is for a reference sheet.
I will provide a WIP (work in progress) at every stage of the commission for you to approve. Should the piece need any revisions you will receive a WIP once that is completed as well. This ensures that the piece is exactly as you would have it to be. Bear in mind that revisions (especially heavy revisions) to linework will not be completed after coloring has begun.
Once the commission is completed you will receive the high quality, finished piece over email. Please do not remove my signature from the piece. It will be small and not interfere with the image itself.└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘Thank you for your time and consideration! I look forward to working with you!
