Dear Issarlk, LavabatA1, Leilani, Tamara and Radiet,

A decision was made: After a 1h chat with my superior at the relaxed current job I learned that my position wasnt stable , but rather precarious as I am in a basically superfluous position,
When this situation would falter, I would be jobless and would then have to find a new job whilst being without income.
And another 2 to 3 years older.

So, I took the offer.
On the Pro side:
- A job I know well, enjoyed i nthe past and was one of the to p10 engineers in europe for whilst I worked in the field.
- 1000€ disposable income additional to my current income, which already allowed me a comfortable life
- Job security due to the field of the job: Mil-Tech

On the Con side:
- More stress in the form of longer work hours
- longer travel time each day resulting of being out of the house between 11 and 12 hours


Wednesday I had the job interview, thursday I handed in my resignation after a clarifying chat with my current boss. And today on Friday I signed the new contract
In July I start.
It is all happenign too fast for me to feel safe.
But the job security thing is important, and the more money is nice.

And it beats being jobless and searching.

Now I only need to find a lady to be with me, so that I know why I do it , one that makes all the stress melt away with her smile

But that... Well, the money would allow to go to a professional agency.
But, seriously:
What is your opinion on such places?
I can offer a lot to a lady that hopes or stability.
But where would I start looking?
