regarding journals, PM's, and immediately blocking people...

on , Jul 9, 2020 06:16 AM https://www.furaffinity.net/user/shadd21/ left this shout on my profile page then immediately blocked me to prevent me from replying to him "Glad you enjoy being a racist asswipe" because i didn't and still don't support BLM.
fast forward to today: i took a guess and guessed correctly... shaddic21 had unblocked me at some point... i left a veeery late reply to his shout on his profile asking if they still support BLM: "you still supporting BLM, racism, and communism?"
the result: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9868430/ and immediately blocking me.
in this journal shaddic accused me of leaving that shout then blocking him so that he couldn't reply but the truth is that i blocked him last year after he left that shout then blocked me for the reason he is now accusing me of blocking him for. i never UNblocked him! but apparently he unblocked me at some point...because had i not been blocked back in july of last year i would've replied back then.
i didn't even know he had unblocked me.
as for the PM followed by a block for the exact same reason shaddic21 blocked me...

i have it in my inbox and that is an exact quote. 8ther blocked me while i was typing my reply. i have not blocked 8ther and i still have shaddic21 blocked. i didn't unblock them earlier either.
is this sort of behavior a violation of site rules?
and no, shaddic21...you're not publicly shaming me with that journal post. you're just accusing me of doing something you yourself did last year.
