✦ From each group, 1 slot winner is randomly selected, and 1 slot is chosen from Form Entries

You should submit a form entry as well as enter the raffle for a shot at getting picked randomly if I don't end up personally selecting your commission idea!
✦ Reply to this journal in either the Repeat Commissioner thread OR the New Commissioner thread to enter into the raffle.
Your comment can contain anything. I will reply to each comment assigning a number to each entrant in order.
(What is a "New Commissioner"?)
✦ Winners may choose any commission type they wish of any tier, and are entitled to ONE piece.
✦ Submitting more than one form for my consideration is allowed.
You can submit as many as you'd like if you would like to give me some different ideas to pick from. This is a great way to up your chances of me choosing your form!
✦ Slot winners from the previous round of commissions are disqualified from the following opening.
Once you have sat out one round, you may enter again in the following Opening Raffle.
I don't mind drawing the same characters twice in a row so long as the commissioner is a different person.
Themed Calendar & Flat Color Friday slots don't count - you can enter if you recently received one of these!
✦ I only accept PayPal as payment, and all of my prices are in USD.
If you are a Canadian Citizen, I will convert the final price to CAD and send your invoice in CAD to save on conversion fees both ways!
