I reserve the right to refuse for whatever reason I want.
I will block you if I feel that it is necessary.
In the event that you revoke your payment after you get your art I will publicly blacklist you.
Due to my paypal being fairly new as a seller there is usually a pend placed on the payment I receive.
48 hours after you send you will need to confirm the receipt.
You can do this by following these steps.
○ Go into your paypal account
○ Click Activity at the top of the page.
○ Find and click the original payment for the item.
○ Click Confirm receipt.
If you can not find the original payment you can search using my email.

Even if I finish your YCH or your adopt (unless I know you.) I will hold it until the pend is off.
This protects me as an artist from getting scammed.

○Do not use in any way shape or form unless you have purchased.
○Do not remove any signatures on the adopt.
○Always credit on first post of the design.
○Payment is always USD via paypal (no e-checks) and is due within 24 hours. Unless otherwise discussed.
○Do not sell for more than you gave for it unless it comes with more arts.
○I'd like to know if it's sold or gifted but it's not a necessity.
○Once you purchase you can make small changes to the design.
○Once purchased you can change gender species name and so on.

○Character must belong to you or you must have permission to use.
○ If you want a NSFW YCH then you are stating you are 18 years or older by commissioning the art.
○Payment is due (in full) before I send or start on art.
○I do them all in order from when payment was sent.
○If I do not think I can draw your character I will let you know before hand.
○I will do this art to the best of my abilities.
○Do not rush me or be harassing.
○While I try to get everything done in a timely manner I have a life outside of this that comes first.
○I will not draw underage/cubs, scat/urine, huge distorted characters.
○Always credit back.
