First of all, I wand to say thank you to the winners of my last YCH offer.
It took me way to long between the offer and the finished image for my own liking. Even if I warned in the offer, that the wait would be long and previous descriptions talked about similar time scales, it still took me about three times as long as I intended to, and I’m sorry about that.
But I’m very satisfied with the resulting image and I hope everyone else is too. I really don’t like the 80% rule and much rather work to get as close to the 100% as I can to get the most satisfying result I can muster, even if I have sacrifice time for it. Either good or nothing.
In other news: The comic is still keeping me busy.
The comic is a little passion project of mine and it demands way more time than I’m willing to admit.
I am cutting a lot of corners with the designs to keep the 2 weeks upload going. And I suspect the story is a bit too bare bones? It has never been very much to tell in it, but it is more about proving a point than telling a complicated story anyway.
I suspect that I might have dropped the ball in pages 7 through 10. And I should have made it a little more clear, that the timeline has been split in them somehow? Confusion these pages create is mostly on me, but I can’t think of a way to do better on my end.
In any case I hope the final stretch will find its fans.
Although the comic has never been meant to be NSFW to begin with, it is subjecting me to creating a lot of SFW work at the moment. And it proves to be tiresome on me. I crave more lewd and it begins to show.
I will open up for future spots for people to appear in my art eventually, but that will take some time for me to get things done first.
I aim to have an upload for the 10. August that should be aura day and a birthday upload for Kyani on 20. August.
After that I intent on doing a guide of sorts on how I do aura on Lucarios in general and what Kyani’s aura can and cannot do in particular.
Lastly: For the better part of a decade now I’ve been pretty much by myself now and finally feel like company again. I just don’t know where to start. If anyone knows a Discord server, I’d be welcome on, feel free to share a link with me.
