By commissioning me, it is expected that you have read, understood and agreed to the TOS.
If you buy a commission from me, you are not allowed to make money from it unless discussed prior.
❤ TOS ❤
1. All art made by me MUST keep my watermark.
1.1 Removing the watermark of my art will transfer ownership of the art back to ME without refund.
2. Editing any of my art without my explicit permission is prohibited!
2.2 Altering my art without my permission will grant me the authority to reclaim the art without refund.
3. I will begin work after full prepayment.
3.1.3.1. If you need art for a specific time, do not forget to indicate this (+ 50-100% of the total price)
3.2. If you want to keep your commission a secret, you must pay +50% of the total price.
3.3. You can make any changes to the sketch and only minor changes to the finished work.
3.4. Changing the final art can cost up to 100% of the total price, depending on complexity.
3.5. If you notice my mistake (and the correct version is clearly displayed on the links you sent me or agreed upon in advance), I will make as many edits as you need, free of charge.
3.6. The final result you can post anywhere, but don't forget to specify the artist.
4. If you request a chargeback through PayPal, you will lose ownership of the art.
5. Under no circumstance are you allowed to claim the art to be your personal work. Claiming to be the artist of my art is a violation and will be reported.
6. Every client has the possibility to buy full rights to commissioned artwork. Details will be discussed individually
7. PLEASE SAVE YOUR COMMISSION AFTER GETTING IT. Please mind that I clean the drive to save the space so there could be situations where I WON'T BE ABLE to send the art again

- You have to be +18 to ask for a NSFW commission
- All NSFW drawings I do are only SOFT THEMES! I won't do anything extreme without exceptions! [You can ask if you are unclear with this]
- Hypnosis: Never for erotic drawings like porn or with abuse themes like torture
- I will not do NSFW of real people or characters based on real people [like actors], or characters with underage look
❤ ABOUT PROCESS ❤
- I will show you the WIP at all stages of drawing to avoid misunderstanding and to do the character as accurate as possible
- Tell me if you don’t want me to share your art and WIP with others
- Feel free to correct me and ask about everything
- I will need a reference of your character or clear enough images
- I will also ask questions about your character's appearance and character. Be willing to cooperate in this
- I'll send you the final image in large and small size, so you can comfortably upload the artwork to social media
- I try to work quickly, but if the work is complicated or you wait in line (see the TO DO list) you will have to wait a little
- I'll do my best to make your art look amazing
