Unreal Engine 5 + New animation ?

I hope one day to make my things in Blender as I am most used to it but then export it to UE and render it there... it will be, I think, especially better for the rendering of animations and the VFX in them too and possibly other things that I do not know.
Unreal Engine 4 tuto work too for UE5 and you can read the documentation https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.0/en-US/ but take into account that the version is unstable at the moment.
About animation that what I do, I work in Blender and Export to Unreal Engine. I do my own tools too haha Github.com/xavier150/Blender-For-UnrealEngine-Addons

I actually tried starting with UE4 last month and like... seriously, I HAVE heard saying that like... "Blender UI is so bad UE UI is better blablabla".... but like atleast you can understand a little bit what does what and find yourself easely in Blender... like in Blender, I'm almost entirely self taught... in UE though, can't even begin to work without following a tutorial. So I really do hope UE5 is better.

The versions that have performance and instability problems are: 4.23, 4.24, 4.25. The only one that I had no problems was 4.26.
