Small ToS update regarding my commissions.

Starting next month, I'll stop doing NSFW commissions entirely until I state otherwise. I'll still do pinups, artistic nudity and suggestive themes but not porn.

I'll also be adding the following new commission types:

- Pixel art bust and Icon
- Telegram Stickers
