I decided to create this page so that you can leave feedback on the experience of working with me on your commissions.
I have never seen anything like this before with other creators, although I think this is quite important in working with clients. Especially considering how much deception and disrespect occurs in our Сommunity in the relationship between the Artist and the Client.
I do this not for myself and not for amuse my vanity, but for my future customers, who may not be sure of my reputation and/or had bitter experience working with other creators.
I VERY value my reputation, so I try to do my best to make my clients happy ^^
Notes:
* If you ordered several works, you can specify all or any of them.
* I value HONESTY, so it's okay if your experience was not very positive, based on that feedback, I can work on mistakes and improve the process of interaction with customers in the future.
Here are the questions that I ask you to answer (May be briefly, or you can deploy it as you like):
1) When was the artwork ordered? (year or approximate date)

People will probably be more honest about negative things if it was kept private, otherwise they may face public ridicule for disliking an artist they love.

- Absolutely, the work was finished really quickly even with multiple wips provided

- Yasss. It turned out super cute with only one error found through the entire process (which was fixed in a less than a day)
7) Are you satisfied with the process of communication with me?
- Yes. There's a little bit of a language barrier but it never got in the way at all. Multiple wips were provided and I was always aware of what stage the art was in.
8) General impression (from 1 to 10 where 1 is a negative experience, 10 is a positive experience)
- Honestly 9.5 or 10. Communication was top notch and the quality is awesome. I had a great experience and I'd recommend Lynx's services to anyone.

- Yis! We sorted out and agreed about all of those details before-hand, so no complaints at all there.

- Yis to this as well! All information about the commission was always very clear and I received many WIP:s during all the different stages.

- Can't give it any less than 10. As mentioned previously in this thread, communication was really good - Lynx was always friendly in the chat during the commission process and I think the end result came out perfectly. :3

- Lynx was a few weeks over the deadline BUT that was partially because of reasons well outside her control which she explained, so given everything, yes. She was also upfront with me and let me know that she wouldn't start my commission until about two months after I placed it, which I appreciated and was cool with

- Oh yes, absolutely! The piece is incredible and it's so detailed. Lynx nailed the character's design and did a great job giving me exactly what I asked for but dialed up to 11
7) Are you satisfied with the process of communication with me?
- Yes, we talked over email so it was easy to keep track of things and Lynx is pretty prompt so never kept me waiting for long

- 9/10. Overall Lynx was great to work with and I LOVE the final piece. Only reason it's not a 10/10 is because the overall commission took about 6 months which was a bit long but not unexpected

- Lynx takes feedback like a champ and I really appreciate her willingness to work from a pose sketch I sent in at the beginning!

- Yes, there was a large amount done near the start. The finished product was slower to arrive, but that was expected because I was not in a rush and encouraged you to work on more time sensitive projects first.

- Yes, very much so. It captured the feeling that was desired for the piece very well, and the detail is exeptional!

I had a BIG order for Lynxwolf and it came with a twist. I am almost completely blind. I needed extra time to look over her work as it progressed and I also needed second opinions on details I cannot see IRL. Top that with this being my first commission. I went in nervous as heck.
Lynxwolf was patient and understanding, however. There honestly was not a single time she fell short on her work nor her communication. My order did finish late, but when I first reached out to Lynxwolf I expected it most likely would, given the circumstances. And I'd honestly wait twice as long for the quality I received.

LynxWolf was ill so my artwork was delayed, however I'm still more than pleased with the time taken considering the quality of the work and she even made some lovely bonus art for me, which I'm still surprised at.
