Update date from mountain land!

Hey all, its been over a month since my last update!
The summer season here basically had me hit the ground running and the pace is still picking up. Pretty much acclimated to lice at 8,000'+ and I'm doing my Park Ranger things. I recently had a schedule change from straight 8 hour days, to 9 hour days with a 3-day weekend every other week. Also, I'm now on a set shift schedule, so no more cascading start times! \o/
Anyway, now that I have a functioning camera, I'm probs going to shift focus over to taking some landscape and night sky photos! I've missed doing that for over a year. I also managed to set up a semi-comfortable "work desk" using some of the plastic bins I used to move my stuff over to here. Still might adjust where exactly in the room I'm set up though. Might try a drawing stream to test out my setup and warm back up again in the near future.
I thought about attending DenFur since I'm technically in the area, but decided against it. I feel like I need to wait another year before I hit up a convention. If however you somehow end up in Rocky Mountain National Park, I may secretly take pics on my off time, or (hopefully) make contact with you that is not because of a violation of the law!
Stay safe, don't run with scissors, and don't try and hug the wildlife!
