Missed me?

It's been a good 7 years since I disappeared... I just wasn't feeling interested in FurAffinity anymore at the time. But in the months leading up to today, I had trips down memory lane and felt maybe I should check in someday... and what better way to do so than on my account's 10th anniversary? I can't believe it's been that long! As for how I'm doing? I've been fine! A few hardships here and there over the years, but that's life for everyone.

I kinda blame my disappearance on how younger and at times immature I was, so I needed time away to mature and discover new interests. I had thoughts of disabling my account since there was pretty much no point on keeping it around since I've abandoned it for most of its lifecycle. But there are those who occasionally pop in to discover the art I've done and received from other artists.

I... do have a secret I've been keeping for so long, but I feel nervous on revealing it - only a few of my friends know it and they wholeheartedly understand. I feel it might come as a shock to some of you and, well, I won't blame you if you end up hating me once you learn about it. I can only hope you all understand and accept it. Should I do another journal revealing said secret? Or is it best kept a secret between friends?

Whether you've seen it already in your sub box or not, I got a commissioned art piece from an old pal who drew art for me in the past! I'm glad he's still around, because he's certainly improved quite a bit since then!
