Tentatively reopening adopts for offers

PayPal still isn't working for me so
trying out Square :>
so if there were any adopts you're interested in they're open again for offers
I'm currently editing the descriptions for reopened adopts with the minimum I'll accept
only exceptions is the "egg" adopts, they're still closed. because I just don't have the means to work on them right now
if you're interested in an adopt I haven't updated the submission for yet feel free to dm me with a link and I'll let you know the minimum I'd like for it
