TERMS OF SERVICE
I ONLY ACCEPT 
Things I will not draw!
• Baby Furs/ Diaper Fetishes/ Cub
• Vore
• Unbirthing
• Hyper Furs (muscle/genitalia)
• Scat/Watersports
• Inflation
• Licensed Characters (sonic, starfox, pikachu etc...)
**Inquire if you are unsure**
Client Responsibility:
• It's up to you to provide a recent/updated reference of the character(s), description and any other details you would like in your commission.
• I am not responsible if you neglect to mention things you want in a commission.
Edit(s) Policy:
• I will always be willing to edit commissions.
However, If I find you want to many changes, I will charge extra.
• Edits for colors can be made after a piece is finished, however no structural editing will be made beyond Coloring.
Acceptable Use:
• Any image commissioned from me may be displayed anywhere or however you want as long as you give credit and a link back to me.
• The image can never be claimed as belonging or being created by someone else.
• Images may not be altered without my consent. (Meaning please don't edit out my signature, you can ask for an unwatermarked version.)
• Images may not be used for commercial purposes or any other purpose to bring the client revenue unless otherwise stated in a seperate agreement.
• I "Maimukai/TeaCupLynx" retain commercial rights to the image unless otherwise stated in a seperate agreement.
Payment:
I Only Accept Paypal (Other options are only for local commissioners)
Payment must be made upfront.
Payment plans are available only under strict circumstances in which the commission will be worked on as payments are made.
Cancellations:
• I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time for any reason I see fit.
• You reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time for any reason you see fit.
( Also if you are rude or to hasty/impatient, I will not finish commissions for you. Keep in mind that I to have a life outside of FA, and I work on commissions when I am able. Commissions are usually done within 2weeks or +months depending on moods and situation. You are always welcome to communicate with me. )
Refunds:
• If a commission has been canceled by either myself or the client (you), A refund of the remaining balance after the cost of the work done at that point will be subtracted.
• If for some reason the commission is cancelled before any work is done, the client (you) are entitled to a full refund.
• If a commission is completed and you are dissatisfied in some way, I will try my best to fix any issues. But a refund will not be issued on account the work was completed.

1. I AM NOT PSYCHIC
I can not read minds. If there is information I need to know about your commission, you have to tell me.
2. THIS IS A WORKING RELATIONSHIP...
Not being your buddy does not make me an elitist or a bitch.
Do not expect special treatment or expect me to be chatty.
Sexual advances or conversation may result in my cancelling the commission. I am very strict about this. I do not like being hit on...
3. REAL LIFE COMES FIRST!
I love drawing, I love working on commissions and just general artwork, but understand that I am a parent and my personal life comes before my work. This means, my child comes first over anything that I do. I am sure that's understandable. *nods*
Also Friends...I am not a door mat, do not expect special treatment just because you are friends with me. (ie: Its my b-day, draw me!) Do this and it is a sure thing
i will not do anything for you. If I choose on my own to draw you something it is of my own choice. But don't expect freebies just for knowing me. Thx.
