GENERAL RULES

These rules apply to any designs I have created.
When I use the base of another artist to make adoptables it will be specified both in the post and the image with watermarks.

-You may not claim the design as your own creation
-Feel free to draw your new character, commission art of it, use it as a fursona, make a fursuit, ect.
-Once I receive payment, it's your character. Crediting me as the creator is not required, only when you post the character's ref sheet

REPOSTING

-You can repost the reference sheet and art of the adoptable while you keep the signature.
-The buyer will receive the reference sheet without watermarks for personal use only, they cannot be posted.

RESELLING | TRADING | GIFT

-Reselling the adopt/design is allowed but may not be sold for higher than what the design was originally purchased unless it has more art/extras
-If you have acquired an adoptable through a gift, please do not sell it for profit
-Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it is no longer yours

RECOLORING | EDITING

-You are allowed to make changes to the design
-Do not make "copies" of the character with the intention to resell for profit.

COMMERCIAL USE

-My designs can no longer be used for commercial use
-You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way
-You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media for profit, if it is only for personal use there is no problem
