Hey all! So a good friend of mine has made me aware of a bit of a situation with a friend's project they're involved with. This friend has a character + suit that they're working very hard to get made into an anime series of sorts, starting with a manga before anything further.
He's self-published but needs quite a bit of funds to pay for it all, and has been working for a while to do just that.
So far the funds are at $18,448 of $29,000 needed, and he has several castings lined up for the anime later down the line, including Kappei Yamaguchi who did voices for Usopp (One Piece), Inuyasha (Inuyasha), and Ranma (Ranma 1/2), and the show is going to have a lot of furry appeal to it from what I'm told.
The fundraising ends in 3 days and the friend of mine asked if I could spread the word around to anyone willing, so I figured I'd do just that! If you aren't interested obviously feel free to ignore, but I'm sure the support of any kind would be appreciated by them, even if it's sharing this message around yourself!
