My once-beautiful legs are now maimed, blistered, burned, and blemished. They may never be beautiful again!

A couple weeks ago as I was working and mapping an easement through a forest, I apparently walked through a patch of small Giant Hogweed plants. The oil on the plants got through the material of my pants and made contact with my skin, and I was not fast enough to make it back to my vehicle and disrobe. Obviously I did this anyway, and slathered alcohol gel all over my legs to hopefully stop the reaction, but it had already begun! If I was wearing shorts like I usually do, I would've required hospitalization.The only reason I had long pants on anyway, was because I assumed the bugs were going to be horrible since it rained recently (they were horrible).

So I guess I learned something. Maybe. Probably not.
I still hate pants.
