Second, the Journal and its link work. And it is true that people have had a very strange behavior against other users and that is not only here but in other art communities, social networks and networks of school institutions.

#3, and yeah, it is very upsetting that people don’t learn all the facts before they make a decision. If I see somebody say another user is a scammer, I try and make sure that somebody is NOT the ONLY person claiming that the user is a scammer, before I block them.

TLDR: I try to wait until multiple people, enough that it couldn’t be just a group of friends, agree about a certain user being a scammer, before I block the user, though sometimes I would like to hear the users side of the story

I'm going to be honest, but in DA your friends tell you when there are users who are thieves, one finds out via Journal or Status Posts. And you go to the profile of those people and we start with the blockade. Art thefts have skyrocketed like you have no idea this year at Deviant-ART.
