Thinking to do 3D commission

I got my Paypal set up and tested recently.
Something to keep in mind, I don't have set price for what I going to do yet so it'll probably be agree on when in talk later.
Also, I can't do everything, my 3D skill have it's limit.

I'm thinking the base scene to be around 30-60 depending on the difficulty of the scene.
Like if it's just a character in a box of a scene, it's should be around 30-40, but if the scene is like "Bonking Time God" or "Wrong-Dea".
It should be 50-60 depending on how much is in the scene.
If it's an animation, I'm thinking $1 per character per second.
so if 1 character being animate for 10 second, it's $10 adding on top of base scene.
