Hi guys!
TL;DR:
I'm opening 3 commission slots, if you're interested, send me a note. You're doing a good deed, as the money will go to saving cute little doggo's life <3
What's on:
I'm getting closer to finishing another batch of pending commissions and I'm one YCH ahead, so I feel like I can accept some new commissions, especially that I DRAMATICALLY need a cash boost now to save my little doggo's life.
She's been diagnosed with several tumors and she's gonna undergo a surgery and then oncological treatment. All while I lost all my other sources of income and I'm on bare commissions this month orz But I'll make it, I'll f*cking save her! We've lost our big doggo to untreatable, traumatising dementia in the beginning of the year. When we adopted him he was already 9 and stayed with us 3 years and 3 months. He was an elderly dog with past of series of drastic abuse and this winter he started clearly re-living the horrors during his episodes. He wasn't recognising us, fearing we're gonna hurt him, so there was no way of even comforting him :( We agreed with the vets that it's better for him to go, than to suffer this. It was extremely painful, but we had our little doggo still, to cheer up and to cheer us up. She's with us for the whole 11 years of our relationship, as we've found her malnourished and basically furless by the side of a road just a couple of months after we got together. She's our dearest baby and I just don't know what would happen with us, if we lost her so early. Sadly in my city there was no specialist who knew much about how to cut a tumor out of such a small dog and they just kept ignoring the other two tumors that were there as well. It was no good, so we took her to a good clinic in the capital, where she immediately got proper diagnostics and a full rescue plan with surgery of two more tumors and treatment for all the possible ones, too small to be found yet, so that she doesn't need another surgery in a moment. They saved two our cats with extremely difficult issues before so I believe they will be able to save her too, but yeah... quality costs and as much as I would gladly toss all the money of this world to them, I need to get it first x'D
As for now I'm opening 3 slots. I should be able to finish it as I go, by the end of the month hopefully (unless something happens and I will be needed in Warsaw - as for now it's just my girlfriend who's there with our doggo and I'm home working like mad to be able to pay for the vet services). By the way... any news on my own commission? I paid that thing last november, last I heard was in early march. I do know that life gets very busy sometime though, and that your own health isn't too great either, so don't feel rushed. Hope you and the doggo will both be fine......
