It's hard to say what got me into drawing. I've always liked art. There are so many different styles and mediums to choose from. Cartoons and animations were cool, and I wanted...oh..right.
I wanted to create something.
I wanted to make a story all on my own. I started drawing because of that. I never got far with it. Essentially lost the will to create.
After several years I found my way into the furryverse. Well, I started buying adopts and getting art of them. I was a lurker at first, then I started commissioning folks. I made some friends and over the years I saw them improve their craft. Thought that, maybe I would be like them too. So I started drawing again.
