im not sure, since im not really a well known or talkative artist im pretty antisocial, and not as well known. xux woulda been smarter picking a much more well known abdl artist. its why it feels so odd.

they made them themselves. i dont record speedpaints. and i never streamed coloring either image they shown, especially since one is very very old. that also isnt how my art program is set up, im not sure what they are using. my streams are all done through patreon and anyone there knows what it looks like

difference between dmcaing that account and any other account is because you're the real copyright holder it is legal.
so lets say if said copycat wants to drag you to court as long as you can prove the art was made by you (not too hard to prove) the court sides with you automatically.

that does provide a serious concern to me. it would allow them to access my private information, real name, etc. and that just gives a whole new avenue of harrassment possibly to this person

better to use dmca method as it means you can just bookend it and say "thats the end of that" publically

Both videos are reported and I sent a direct email to the support at picarto to take action against the individual account posted by them in their youtube comment section. Might not do anything but figured I would do something about all this bullshit.

Sorry you have having to deal with this. Had my own bout of dealing with someone stealing my stories and art for a long time, basically a year, but the person also kept making alts to harass not only me but other artists.

Was not a fun time mentally/emotionally.
