So very recently, like in the past month or so, there has been an explosion of interest in a book called All Tomorrows. Now, I like the book. From what I can remember, it's a bit all over the place and oddly structured from a narrative perspective, but definitely an interesting scifi speculative thing. I suppose if you can read and actually appreciate The Silmarillion, you'd be able to jump from fantasy to scifi and enjoy this one too.

But like.... Why now?

This sudden interest in a 15 year old story seems stranger than the rise of |Among Us which happened like 2 years after it's release.

I find all the interest, as well as many of the comments, essays, and videos to be entertaining and also a bit inspiring, like if I actually bothered to finish any creative thing and put it out there for people, eventually it would be discovered, even years later.
