From the above link it would seem that a facebook user was arrested because she poked an exfriend on the aforementioned site.
I don't get it. Why get arrested for such a simple thing? Its just a stupid online poke.

The internet needs some serious tard removal. Or maybe just the legal system does. I'd be a bad civil court judge, probably cause I'd use the phrase "GTFO" on a routine basis, for really stupid lawsuits.
