Help! [I'm Not Getting Notes!]

I'm not sure what's going on but there's been 2 or more cases already of people telling me they've sent me notes.
But I haven't received anything! I'm not sure if there's a way I accidentally disabled myself from getting notes or if FA is just bugging.
If anyone knows a fix, please help!!
I've tried logging out on all platforms, but nothing is working.
I've contacted support, hopefully they can help, if not, I dunno what's going on.

Go to settings and click on Global Site Settings. You'll find Disable Notes at the bottom of the 'Privacy Options' section. If it's set to 'Enable', it'll allow people to send you notes.
Make sure to click 'Update Site Settings' to save it!
If this doesn't work, it may be that it's just a bug :c
