I could build a house...

with all these goddam art blocks.
finally got kinda caught up with commissions after not being able to draw ANYTHING for a month. shit sucked. It's like there was something wrong with my hand, like the signals from my brain were just not doing it and I've wasted so much paper my god.
I am going try to doodle a little before bed and then prepare to tackle the rest of these commissions. I can't afford to throw out another piece of bristol board, that crap costs money.
commissions as they stand now:
pucacorgi (one totally rocking picture which has already bee trashed 5 times)
Grimmorph (a cutsie-poo sketch but I only trashed this one twice. I'm making progess!)

Why not sketch on normal blank paper till you get a sketch you like and then do it again on bristol? Sure, it takes more time but you don't waste bristol boards on bad sketches that way.
and yeah I've been trying that but when I get to the coloring stage (after transferring said sketch to the bristol) I muck it up in some new and fascinating way and in the bin it goes. these aren't even happy accidents, they are very explicitly unhappy and sharply disapproving accidents.
the kind of accidents that call you very mean names.
it is so troublesome.
