The following information is the TOS for all my adoptables: If you’re interested in buying my adoptable designs, please read the terms of use first,By purchasing an adoptable of mine you acknowledge the TOS and agree to the following terms:

𝚆𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚎𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚍:
A .png transparent file size at least 1000 x 1000 px with full-colored version.The color palette is optional.
(Please confirm with me that you have successfully received the file.)

Ｐａｙｍｅｎｔ Ｒｕｌｅｓ:

◇ USD only (US Dollar)
◇ Payments with Money: Through Paypal only.(By invoice or please ask me to send me your payment 'as gift').
◇ No refund, please claim with responsibility
◇ Don't drop, hide bit comments or edit your bit.
◇ ONLY after the full payment the adoptable/character belongs to you.
◇ Please send a payment within 2 days after claiming.
◇ Payment first: I'll send you an invoice, after payment received. I'll sent your adoptable via gmail. Please save.
◇ If I give you my paypal email to send the payment to, please select the "Goods/Items and Services" option AND the "No Shipping/Address Required".

Please note me first if you want a payment plan
❖ Payment plans will be avaible if the price exceeds $100
❖ I require a deposit, down payment should be at least 50% of the adoptables price
◇ The design will be "reserved" for the buyer until all required payments have been completed.
❖ The first payment must be done within 24 hours
❖ The minimum duration of payment plan are 2 weeks and maximum 5 weeks

𝙲𝚘𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝚄𝚜𝚎

- Credit me as the designer, you can credit me the first time when you use my design and need not to credit me every time, but it's very appreciated.Depending on each character you will have to pay me a one-time fee. This means that I will not follow the commercial percentage method and will allow you to use the character anywhere, whenever and wherever you want. In addition, you will have your payment screen printed as proof along with a term written by me that will give you the full right to use the character. Prices may change depending on the design. Please DM me if you are interested in other designs.

❖𝙸 𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚘𝚠 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛:

- Comic/ webtoon / novel/ book, whether online or physical
- Game design / vtuber/ vstreamer
- 3D model / print

𝙔𝙤𝙪, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙮𝙚𝙧:

1. you may resell or trade your character, but you must notify me of the new user. (The price must increase to match the commissioned work if additional artwork of the adoptable character has been purchased.
2. There are no refunds. No exceptions.
3. You can alter the appearance of your character, but only to a certain extent.
4. You may use your adoptable for commercial purposes only if I authorize it.
5. It is forbidden to give away characters to blacklisted users, which will result in the revocation of that character and the blacklisting of that character. Please be careful.
6. You may not sell prints or merchandise of the original artwork.
7. You may not trace, recolor, or alter the original artwork in ANY way.
8. You may not claim to have created the original design.
9. I don't allow co-ownership, you can let your friends use the adopt together, however the name of owner will be only one account.
10. You are allowed to bid on an adoptable as a gift for a friend, where you, the bidder, intend to pay fully for the design and are bidding with full consent and awareness of the amount you are bidding.
11. Adopt set price,The buyer acknowledges that they intend to pay fully for the design, and is claiming with full consent and awareness of the amount of the set price adoptable.

When you purchase the full rights of the adoptable you may use the design in any way you please including commercial use. The design is then yours to use however you wish.

I have the right to use the adoptable images as samples (portfolio sample,Furaffinity,TH,twitter or such),unless you ask me not to.

~ You can give other outfits to your character as long as the one you bought with it is one of your character main outfits.

~ Minor alterations in colors are fine.

x Patrol fur/scales drastically.
x You may not post your character's original art without providing proper credit in the image description!
x No drastic alterations to the design that change the character or make it unrecognizable are allowed.

My prices are subject to change depending on complexity and/or rigidity.

---Failure to comply with any of these rules, or violation of any of them, results firstly in a friendly message from my art, notifying me of the rule violation, and if the situation is not rectified through that, then results in a permanent block/blacklist for my art, If violation of the copyrighted content persists you will lose ownership of your character, which will be reposted and resold, as a result of violating the terms of service. By receiving your adoptable you agree to the above terms of service and acknowledge that you voluntarily forfeit any rights to said character if you violate any of the rules of the terms of service. By purchasing an adoptable from me you accept and fully understand the above rules.
