Happy Vore Day! (and life update)

Once again it's 8/8. Which means I'm in danger :D
... I don't have any special prepared for this occassion though. So I guess an update on how I'm doing could do >w>
So as I said in my last journal a couple months ago, I got a new job. And boy, it's been a tough time getting used to the life of a full time worker. Suddenly much less time, more need to rest and cut down hours from my free time for that (RIP a lot of my time with overseas online friends, so all of them ;w;).
But on the flip side, the pay's pretty good. Which allowed me to finally, after years, to upgrade my very outdated laptop to a powerful desktop PC with almost top of the line parts, including a Ryzen 5 5600X processor and a RTX 3060 GPU! Sure, it costed a good amount, but at around that time PC parts prices were starting to lower and I kinda really needed the upgrade.
After that, I've been saving up and using my funds to slowly improve my home setup, which included a new monitor as well. All my monitors were old and very much not compatible with my new build, so I bought one. But I'm too used to using two monitors, so I needed another. And after thinking for a bit, I decided to retire my current Huion GT-185 after 6 years and use it as a dedicated 2nd monitor (which should last enough time till I decide to upgrade monitor again)
... Which means I currently don't have any means to make any art. However, I might consider buying a new art tablet for that, much smaller and easier to work with in my desk (pay mind, the previous one is like a 22inch screen, it's humongous). So it might take a lil bit more, but I will eventually get back to art, if time allows me.
Lastly, I finally got to take my first vaccine shot yesterday. Yes, it's taken that long, thank Europe not really managing their vaccine plans well. So hey, I'm now half-almost-protected from the big CV. My second shot should be in a few weeks, which happens to be my vacation week from work. So that's kinda alright.
I think that's more or less the gist of it. Hope everyone else is doing fine, those I talk to regularly and those I don't. We've made it through some rough times, so I'll give you some good vibes to keep pushing forward! Have a nice Vore Day and take care~
