It's okay man, you don't have to worry. You didn't intend for anything harmful and neither did the guy you did the gift for, so you're good.

From a distance, in was inevitably going to to be short-circuit evaluated for the obvious. The truth is, I've seen quite a few pictures of characters in black uniforms with a red background that also wore arm patches with black and white logos. The artists behind those images have gotten away with posting them so long as they tagged the obvious allusion to a certain regime. Because you already tagged yours as gift art I knew that artwork wasn't representative of your beliefs, but with no context it would appear that way. My recommendation is that you upload a thumbnail image that blantantly identifies the piece as gift art, and also label the piece as having 'strong themes.'

I understand that this may seem like a lot of unnecessary extra steps, and unfair to you, but I assure you that this will make things easier on the short tempered and obtuse.
