I was trying to avoid posting such journals because I hate to put drama on public, but seems like I'm compelled to.
Many of you already know about this, but I need to warn my followers and customers that there's a stalker who keeps pursuing me on EVERY social network that I have. He steals and edits my photos, posts them on various sites, spams my inbox and comments with nonsence stuff, declaring himself to be my husband, etc.
But now he is angry at me because I keep blocking and reporting his accounts and he invented a new trick - a smear campaign against me. He makes posts saying that I'm a fake/cheater artist and that I don't draw stuff I'm paid for - while all of my commissioners and patrons know that I'm very diligent and truthful about my work.
Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do about it other than posting such a journal. Me and the admins are blocking HUNDREDS of his accounts but he keeps creating new and new ones to annoy or denigrate me.
How to recognize this stalker:
- freshly made, almost empty accounts
- weird english
- calling himself my husband/calling me his wife
- posting tons of comments and replying comments of normal people with some nonsense stuff

This guy will have heard it so much by now & it clearly isn't affecting him in the slightest.
I don't think there's anything that anyone online could say to him that would make him stop & think. He seems too far gone for any kind of reason.
I imagine he's managed to hide his unhealthy obsession very well from anyone in the real world so it seems unlikely anyone else will pick up on his issues.
We can only hope he will eventually get the help he so clearly needs.

In such cases, people often get restraining orders, but the most that allows is for one to call the police. So if someone is threatening someone, the police will show up, oh, about the time one is bleeding out from the stab wounds, if one is lucky. Proven fact, abused women are more at risk of serious injury or death if they go to a woman’s shelter because ; a) they rarely have armed guards, and b) women are not generally able to stay for a long time, so they often end up back in ab abusive situation. I wish it was different, but that’s how it is.
I do know of people who will do dirty deeds dirt cheap…

Though as for calling, I get "Microsoft Support" calls way too often and police doesn't do anything with that either.

It'll stop all legitimate telemarketers leaving only the illegal ones.
As for the harassment, there are certain situations in which police could act, but outside of that you can always contact the admins of whatever site it happens on to explain the situation.
Also I really think you're overestimating what the police can do. I've been in this situation. I've gone to the police, I've asked how far they have to go before they can do anything, and it pretty much comes down to that it'll be too late if they have to act. Meaning that your stalker has to show that they're an actual feasible threat to your RL life. As long as it's entirely online, you're SOL.
As for the site admins, they can only clean up afterwards. They have nothing in place to prevent anything.
The only other way to stop stalkers is to abandon your online identity entirely and get a new one, making sure you leave literally everything and everyone behind, as any small trail can lead them right back to you. Even just one friend who you hang with that lets something slip, or doesn't take their privacy serious enough and your stalker can easily find you again.
As for RL activities, thats why I live in states with the stand your ground law. Someone shows up and is an actual threat, they become not a threat to anyone ever again.

It's creepy as hell, but if there is an upside, it's the horrible nonsense replies and posting that make it easy to spot. Sucks very much that you have to go through this. :(
There's a silver lining.
FA doesn't accept throwaway mails to create an account so it's way more effort for him to create a new one than it is for us to report them.
That's at least what we can do, make the info climb the chain of command and require a complete ban on this low-life.
just a matter of finding one smart enough to smoke him out.

Restraining orders are toothless and hardly, literally, do anything at all. Mostly just an official slap on the wrist.
I've reported IRL incidents of: Breaking and entering, a literal knuckle bare fight with an old room mate, actual LITERAL (none of this is hyperbolic) racist/sexist man at work who sent text threats DIRECTLY threatening to kill my husband and a lesbian (minority) co-worker.
Police did nothing. Not even a report. Every. Single. Time.
Now I have so little faith in those systems IRL and here. Blocking "accounts" the only thing you can do is just keep blocking/reporting and.. well. This :'d You "could" involve a lawyer IRL if you have online worlds' more infamous, get away with just being shitheads.

You're fine, no direct profile links and no name drops nor witch hunt calls. You've tried every option quietly and said 'stalker' did not listen or more likely was not intelligent enough to understand what you said. Informing the public of such stalker is the next best thing.
Though very odd behavior of a stalker, they usually don't attempt to go claiming one is their wife. Given that said, they're probably just a despicable incel who found a target to harass. Those kind of people hate it and get angry when their victim ignores them and instead the public responds to them. So do always block and ignore them alongside reporting and having their account deleted where possible.
I did once know of a person who if the artist refused to let them commission their character doing something indecent with the artist's character then that person would take example pictures of the artist's character and find another artist to commission it as a "revenge porn" kind of thing. They would send said commissioned picture to the character's owner.

I never meant to to cause any irritation or be inconsiderate. I want to apologize, and see if we can work things out so I can view her art again without being able to give any feedback. But I'd have to take the creepy step of opening a block-evading profile just to tell her that. And unwanted messages got me blocked in the first place.
And after the nuisance I've been, I feel a duty to share my endorsement of Lopoddity's work, which I've enjoyed for years. She's a fantastic MLP artist and developer of serious, respectable and complex Fanon. The well-known draconequus OC Pandora is one of her many, many creations.
Honestly, it's ironic that mention of being stalked has resulted in people contacting you about it more than 300 times in the first three days.
The stalker then bombarded him with profile comments about why he was 'being so mean' by refusing, showing a breathtaking lack of self-awareness in other comments when he was discovered and members weighed in against him. He honestly didn't seem to grasp that he was doing something objectionable!
He opened nine profiles to continue his pestering, most of which were established mere weeks from each other and had no purpose save to evade the blocking of his previous ones. Those are just the ones I was told of; he may have learned some subtlety and gone to ground with a few others.

2. reposting art from others on other websites is perfectly legal unless the artist explicitly states they dont want that. nothing you can do against it. it happens ALLOT and often its for the better
as it shows the art to a wider audience which can lead to more customers for iskra. so you are pretty much complaining and b*tching about sido helping iskra.
3. even IF (by the incredibly low chances) that you would at some point have been iskra's husband, boyfriend or have dated, then i would totally understand why anyone would dump you cause your behavior is extremely toxic and disgusting. people get put behind bars for that.
I hope this gets solved soon somehow.
