EDIT: Found out what happened. Someone looking for free/ super discounted shit *rolls eyes* This person tried it once before, I'm just ignoring it.

So paypal literally has no answers for me, so f-them.
Someone (who I don't know) sent me $5 through paypal.
I have not confirmed payment with anyone, and their name is not familiar at all. I can't accept it because there's a $5 transfer limit, so it isn't enough after paypal takes their dues.
Tried to report to paypal, no answers.
How do I reject a payment?
Do I just ignore it?
Do I just refund since I haven't even accepted it yet?
I just want to protect my info since I know there are so many scams through paypal...
