By commissioning me, you are stating that you've read and agreed to the following terms.

PAYMENT, REFUND POLICY AND USE OF THE ARTWORK
Payment will always be upfront, and through Paypal. Only send it after I've accepted your commission. I won't start the commission until the payment is sent.
Refunds won't be made once I've already begun working on your commission.
Commercial use of the artwork is not allowed and you can't claim it as your own. Should you use it or upload it anywhere (shared on ocial media, banner, profile picture...) make sure to credit me properly with a link or @ to my social media. If you're planning on reposting it anywhere like a website, you must ask me first. You don’t need my permission to share it with friends, just don’t claim you made the artwork.
Edits of my artwork such as filters, animated versions, etc, require my permission first- don't be afraid to ask! Just make sure my signature is there, or the credit is where it’s due. Exceptions for this would be cropped pieces for profile pictures.
MY WORK PROGRESS
Reference images are required. It can be a moodboard, a few images of what you want your characters to have, etc, but I won't accept a description which is purely a block of text. This will make everything faster and easier for both of us!
My wait times are heavily weighed down by my studies, my queue or the piece itself. If I am very busy, I will tell you- in those cases, I can take up to two months. Eitherway, I will always tell you how long I might take. During holidays, I can take up to two weeks.
Updates on the piece will be given out by me weekly! You cannot rush me for updates unless I haven't given any a week after you've commissioned me.
Changes to the piece will be free during the sketching process, so please ask for those once I send you the sketch updates- don't be afraid of telling me! Once you've given me approval to start coloring and/or lineart, any changes after that will be a +20% of the initial price.
