Working on a Comic (Casting Characters!)

I'm currently working on a comic and am looking for characters to be roles in it, whether main, side, or other key factors of the storyline.
I'm reworking the main writing because it's from 3 years ago, and it's not as up to date as I want it to be better.
Doing this I've realized most of these characters I did not have reference sheets for, since it was only in a written form, or the reference sheets weren't up to date. Some characters were my friends, and being 3 years had passed and I had no way to contact them about these characters, I feel it's not right to use them without their consent.
The plotline of this story is a lab ran by a dystopian government, so the patients are treated rather harshly. Sometimes there can be gore or death so be aware of that when handing over characters.
There also might be sexually explicit or suggestive scenes. This is why I request all characters sent in are 18 or older. I do not want to risk anything or take any chances! I do request that you're 18+ as well, since you can get previews of my comic early if you send in your character.
Your character will be susceptible to anything. In the plotline they could be killed off, or turn out to be a harsh character. Most times I will try to inform you, but just know this.
Your character shouldn't be over complicated, meaning I can draw it easily for each panel. Accessories aren't needed for the plotline, since most of the lab patients just wear a hospital style gown as part of the dress code. But necklaces, bracelets, piercings, other small charms, that could be useful plot-wise are welcomed.
You MUST own this character!!! I will not accept stolen characters, characters from other fandoms, or copyrighted material.
